Beloved, I am so excited that we've reached part 3 of this Bible study series. Our scripture base is: Philippians 2:14 AMP - "Do everything without murmuring or questioning [the providence of God], 15 so that you may prove yourselves to be blameless and guileless, innocent anduncontaminated, children of God without blemish in the midst of a [morally] crooked and [spiritually] perverted generation, among whom you are seen as bright lights [beacons shining out clearly] in the world [of darkness]..." Ephesians 4:29 - Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. As I write this post I recall th

STOP COMPLAINING PT. 2 This week’s Bible study is on complaining. Recently, I found my mouth letting out words of ungratefulness and discontentment. I had to catch myself mid-complaint and say, “do all things without grumbling and complaining. What is the new normal I am establishing for my family and lifestyle? As I answered these two questions in my journal, Luke 14:28 ESV weighed heavily on my mind: “For which of you desiring to buil
